Our co-founder and CEO, Scott Bohannon, has led the most influential names in leadership development: the Center for Creative Leadership, AchieveGlobal, and The Forum Corporation (AchieveForum). He served as President of Korn Ferry after they acquired AchieveForum, and previously was CEO of a leading HR and IT advisory firm. Scott built his first predictive models, which evolved into machine learning tools, in the 1990s.
Our co-founder and CTO, Robert Hughes, has led the creation of cutting-edge enterprise technology platforms at organizations like the Center for Creative Leadership, AchieveForum, the Corporate Executive Board, and others. Among his accomplishments, Robert designed and built the technology backbone for the world's largest online network of C-suite executives.
